The Catch Meaning Fund was established at the Cleveland Foundation by the Weil and the Doody families in 2015, It supports causes that honor the magnetic spirit and boundless potential of two exceptional young men, Alex Doody (1996-2015) and Josh Weil (1997-2015). Grants are made to organizations that guide young adults in their journey to catch meaning and make a positive impact in the world around them. To date, more than $500,000 has been raised for the Catch Meaning Fund, and Catch Meaning Grants have been distributed to organizations throughout greater Cleveland and across the country including Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cleveland, The Cleveland Kids Book Bank, NOLS, The Tamir Rice Afrocentric Cultural Center, Breakthrough Schools, I‘m Not Done Yet Foundation, Michael J.
